LeafCraft goes to Sewing

Oh... ngomong-ngomong kok saya belum pernah nulis aktivitas baru saya ya... well, udah gak baru lagi sekarang si... LeafCraft melakukan diversifikasi produk (ih, bahasanya syusyah..) ke barang-barang dari kain, kecuali pakaian.. maka jadilah saya penjahit kreatif dan inovatif dengan bermodalkan satu mesin jahit yang sudah uzur dan satu mesin jahit yang masi muda belia.

Hey, how could I never write about my new activities... well, it’s not new now since it’s been a while since I started it... LeafCraft now have some product diversification to fabric stuffs. So here I am a creative innovative tailor - I don't think 'tailor' is the right word, I just love to sew...sewer? hahaaa... I know that there's not such a word in English, right? - with my (very) old sewing machine and my brand new one, I did it!

Anyway, ternyata menjahit itu gak segampang keliatannya... beberapa hasil ‘praktek’ akhirnya jadi produk gagal ato setengah-jadi-dan-gak-akan-jadi. Tapi beberapa berhasil dengan gilang gemilang dan sold out begitu selesai dibikin...horeeee....

Anyway, soon after I started doing my new hobbies, I figured out that sewing is not as easy as it seems. Some of my work finally ended up as trash in my dust bin or half-done-and-will-never-be-done. But some of them succeed and sold out very fast…yeeeyy…

Here are some products that finally brought into market.... and not..

gagal - harusnya ini snow white di dalam bingkai hati
failed - it should be snow white in heart frame

sold out - patchwork bintang pertama, sarung bantal, super susah, tapi layak dikerjakan
sold out - my first star patchwork, soooo difficult, but it is worth

sold out - salah satu aplikasi, set sarung bantal dan taplak meja
sold out - one of my hand applique, pillow case and table runner

sold out - tutup galon dengan aplikasi dan resleting di belakangnya jadi gampang dibukanya
sold out - water dispenser cover, with zipper, so it will be easy to use

sold out - tas hobo, pola aslinya tali pendek tanpa resleting
sold out - my first hobo bag, the original pattern has short straps without zipper
