Hair is one of important part of woman beauty. Well treated hair will make a woman look more beautiful. In other hand, wrong treatment can make your hair tousle, dull, or even damage, and fall.
If are a busy woman that you do not have much time to treat your hair properly, there are some easy tips you can use to protect the beauty of your hair.
Reduce or stop smoking, drink caffeine and soda. All of them can give bad effects to your hair. Healthy life can help your hair grow healthy too. Avoid foods that contain too much sugar. You can choose foods with vitamin A, C, E, and selenium that can preserve your healthy hair. And do not forget to do some exercise regularly. Take enough rest and sleep every day also good for your hair. When you sleep, all of your body will regenerate its cells, include your hair. If you go to swim, do not forget to cover your hair so it will not be contaminated by chemical in the pool water.
And it is better to not comb your hair or touch it with your hands too often. If you like to wear hair accessories, choose accessories with soft material. Clean your accessories and combs regularly.
You also need to use proper hair treatment products that can strengthen or smoothing your hair. Pay attention to composition of the products that you use. Avoid products with alcohol that can damage your hair. Do not apply a product directly in your scalp, since it can clog the pores and finally can damage your hair. Avoid hot water when you wash your hair. Hair dryer also can damage your hair if it is too hot.
